Appetizer or dessert: (choose one)
1. Brunswick Stew A hearty Virginia favorite, made with chicken, corn, butter beans, onion, potato and tomato.
2. Dessert Napoleon Strawberry and banana mousse sandwiched between chocolate bars stacked three high, amazing.

Entree choices: (choose one)
1. Chicken Tostada Pasta Grilled chicken, peppers and onions tossed in a pepper jack cream sauce and served in a crunchy tomato tortilla.
2. Rueben Sandwich Classic Rueben sandwich with choice of sides.
3. Southern Benedict Southern take on eggs benedict, fried Smithfield pork loin replaces Canadian bacon, served with baked pears.

THREE COURSE DINNER

Starters: (choose one)
1. Brunswick Stew A hearty Virginia favorite, made with chicken, corn, butter beans, onion, potato and tomato.
2. Sesame Encrusted Mahi Sticks Fresh Mahi, breaded with panko and sesame and fried to a golden brown, served with sweet chili and teriyaki dipping sauces.

Entree choices: (choose one)
1. Stuffed Flounder Brie and spinach stuffed flounder wrapped in cherry wood smoked bacon and broiled. Served with winter vegetable risotto and sautéed vegetables.
2. Grilled Pork Loin Chop A delicious moist grilled pork loin chop topped with a blackberry port reduction and served with winter vegetable risotto and sautéed vegetables.
3. Surf Club Bistro Filet For the meat eaters, a five ounce bistro filet served with winter vegetable risotto and sautéed vegetables.

Dessert
1. Dessert Napoleon Strawberry and banana mousse sandwiched between chocolate bars stacked three high, amazing.
