Chef Derrick Mason believes that the secret of the Surf is in the natural flavors available only in quality ingredients. Making more of an investment in private reserve fillets, fish right off the boat and fresh citrus allows Chef to use minimal sauces and seasonings - thus enhancing the natural flavors as opposed to masking. Try our signature Ocean Grille Seafood Stuffed Flounder, stuffed with Bronzed Crawfish, Spinach, and Mushrooms with a Boursin Cream Sauce and Grilled Corn on the Cob. Virginia “Ginny” Morgan has been appointed as the new Sous Chef at Surf Club Ocean Grille. Ginny was the Chef at G.F.Keagan’s and won the First Place Peoples Choice Award at the East Coast She Crab Soup Classic in May 2010.
